Monday July 29, 2013 (also the day I started Couch 2 5K at 5am)

Breakfast: kitchen sink (all fresh ingredients made by a local place called The Burrito Shop..they call it that b/c it has everything in it but the kitchen sink….eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, churizo, hashbrowns, cheese, onions, jalapenos, they make it into a burrito but I get it without the tortilla. it’s protein packed goodness that starts my morning off right and keeps me full)
Lunch: campbells chicken tortilla healthy request soup
Dinner: turkey, cheese, mayonaise sandwich on wheat

Lunch: vita pizza cal 190
Snack: cheez it’s snack pack
Dinner: shredded bbq chicken sandwich on wheat (we just got a roasted chicken from brookshires & peeled the meat off & shredded it & added some great value brand bbq sauce)
Snack: 1/4 PB & J on wheat

Snack: little Debbie donut sticks
Dinner: chicken fajitas from Jalepeno Tree
Dessert: little Debbie honey bun

Snack: cookie from mall
Dinner: nachos at birthday
Dessert: cookie from mall

Obvs at this point I have given up. Lol

I know that the scale is a catch 22 for me. I need to see that number go down daily to motivate me and if it goes up it ruins me.

This is not a shocker after what I ate yesterday.

But I’m just glad I wasn’t higher.

I didn’t exercise Sat, Sun, or today…and ate pretty bad Sat & Sun. This week I’m going to try to eat healthier.
