So..my last diet post was about how the shake diet was going.
Mid October..I started back up on the Visalus shakes twice a day. After about a week…I replaced my third meal with just soups. I did that for a month & a half.
But at least my head was in the game!
and I did lose 28 lbs in that time.
On Thanksgiving I stopped the shakes & started eating normal food again…just a lot less than I used to. It did start to slow down my weight loss though.
Over the next month I only lost another 10.8 lbs.
I kept my portions small and cut out as much bread as possible.
In the last week I haven’t really lost anything. It’s getting a bit frustrating. I think it’s time to change it up & shock my body again.
My dilemma is what to do. I know the yo yo dieting can be crazy….but I gotta do something to jump start this weight loss & see some progress again…before I get discouraged & start a binge fest.
I just don’t know if I can bring myself to do the shake thing again so soon. I’m tempted to do the no carb diet for a bit since I know it’s some fast loss. I just hate feeling deprived. Danny wants to do Weight Watchers again bc he was very successful on that last time…me…not so much. But with WW or just plain counting calories..is still a sloooowwww weight loss process. But it would be so much easier if we both do WW at the same time as far as cooking dinner & stuff. And then there’s this…
AHHH! So many choices. So little will power!
I reeeeallly want to lose this next ten pounds so I can do a 50 lb loss post. Before & after pics. Eva-thang.
