Yesterday I ran home on my lunch & threw this in the crockpot. O.M.G. talk about easy peasy! And it turned out sooooo good! Daynie even ate it! Winning!

Gather the Goods:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
one can rotel
one can condensed cream of chicken soup
one packet taco seasoning

I Said Cooook iiiiiit!

Place chicken in the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle taco
seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and rotel Pour over

Cook on high 4 hours.

Shred chicken with two forks and stir.

Let children pose for picture with finished product (optional)

Put mixture inside warm tortilla & roll like burrito.

If you are awesome like me then you can…add a Dollop sour cream & sprinkle of cheese inside burrito. But a side of awesomeness is totally optional.

  1. I have made this. amazing!! instead of Rotel tomatoes I used a can of stewed tomatoes as in Canada we don’t have Rotel. turned out awesome. I also added rice to my wrap to make it more filling.

  2. I tried this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! Tasted just like a local chain restaurant Neato Burrito! My husband is so happy as its his fav place to eat. Now I’m making batches of it for my deep freezer for quick meals during my kids hockey season. Thank you so much!!

    • There is no rice in this? …It’s shredded chicken. I guess you could add rice in it …sounds yummy! I would for sure cook it instead of putting in crockpot or it will get mushy.

    • Sorry…I didn’t figure up the nutrition info..It should be easy to figure out though since there isn’t many ingredients. Also..You can use the MyFitnessPal app to scan all the ingredients and create the recipe and it will give you all the nutritional info! You can see more about MFP under the button “Project: No Mo Fat #$@” and then…why I love My Fitness Pal at the top of my blog.

  5. making this today, I hope you reply fast, lol! I am using one big chicken breast (11 oz) should I use half of all the rest of the ingredients? or maybe just cook it and after I shred chicken I can just remove some before stirring in the chicken in if there is too much?

  6. This was delish!!! I followed the directions but placed the filled tortillas in the oven (extra cheese &toothpick to hold in place) Loved it! Had enough leftover for Mexican casserole the next night.
