Chicken Taco Chili. Um. Yummm.

Lazy Mom Meals 1

This is another super easy crockpot recipe.

Gather the goods:

1 can red beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
16 oz tomato sauce

1 16 oz can diced tomatotes
1 can Rotel
1 packet taco seasoning
3 boneless chicken breasts



Throw it all in the pot


Punch the buttons to make it low for 10 hours.

When you get home from a killer day at work & that hot diggity damn scrumptious smell hits you as you walk in the door…get ya a paper plate & two forks…take the chicken out & use the forks to shred it…& throw it back in the pot & give it a good stir.

Caution: the chicken will be tender and look and smell delicio and make you want to consume it by stuffing your face nonstop until you have late night I just ate a whole pint of Ben & Jerry’s Chubby Hubby remorse

Don’t do that.

Besides. You will burn the chit out of your mouth.


Dip some yum in a bowl and sprinkle a little cheese and then stuff yo face.

    • I bet it is chili powder lol. I prob forgot to add it to the recipe..I just add a sprinkle but it’s just personal preference. The taco seasoning prob gives it enough oomph.

    • I’m not sure? I never figured it up. You can use the My Fitness Pal app and scan all the ingredients in and it will tell you servings & nutrition info.
